Letita attended the famous Sylvia Young Theatre school, and came to be a household name appearing as Sharon Watts in the BBC soap "EastEnders" where she was a member of the cast from the very first episode in 1985. She stayed until 1995, but has subsequently returned a couple of times in recent years. Away from the soap, she has had a variety of roles including the BBC 1960's set drama "The Hello Girls", the comedy "Lucy Sullivan Is Getting Married" on television and "Loot" and "Rattle Of A Simple Man" on stage, and will be appearing in the West End adaptation of the popular "High School Musical".

Dancing with professional dancer Darren Bennett, Letitia took part in series five of Stritly Come Dancing. Amongst strong competition, Letitia steadily progressed through the series, with her best performances coming mostly from the ballroom dances, including a lovely Foxtrot in week seven which scored 34 points. Suffering from the flu in week eight and having to learn two new dances in one week for the first time, Letitia struggled, and couldn't actually manage the talk with Tess backstage after the performances. She bounced back in week ten with a beautiful Waltz in week which the judges awarded 35 points, but her latin dance was the Jive which just didn't suit her, and after ending in the bottom two and the dance-off against eventual winners Alesha & Matthew, the judges voted against her, and she finished the competition in fourth place out of fourteen couples.
