RICKY WHITTLE
Actor
While at school, Ricky was a keen sportsman, but injury led him to go to university to study Law as a career path should the professional sportsman career not come to fruition. While at university, he began modelling, and after winning a role on the Sky One drama Dream Team, he left university to pursue and acting career. In 2006, he joined the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, playing the part of Calvin Valentine.
Ricky will be competing in the seventh series of Strictly Come Dancing, where he will dance with new Strictly professional and former Australian Dancing With The Stars champion, Natalie Lowe. Read Ricky's blog (including Strictly updates) here.
