The Strictly Come Dancing series 10 launch show kicked off with the professionals sashaying through BBC Television Centre before taking to the floor for a group dance to the Strictly theme tune with lyrics added by the SCD band singers.

  • So that was all the partnerships decided, and after a quick word from the judges, it was time to get our first glimpse of this years celebrities flexing their dancing muscles and see if we could spot the potential! I have to say, there didn't look much wrong with it, and I think it was one of the best first group dances we've seen. Three weeks training now, and then we'll really find out just who looks like they could lift the glitterball trophy in December.
